Crypto++ 5.7 was the increment after the 5.6.5 release. Crypto++ 6.0 accurately reflects compatibility

Fix -Wshadow compiler warnings
When compiling using the -Wshadow compiler flag, quite a few warnings pop up. Clean up all instances of shadowing.
