Jeffrey Walton 62618fda97 Revert botched "Crypto++ 5.6.3 check-in". Corruption due to VMware adding garbage to the end of some source files during drag and drop from guest to host. 
This reverts commit c454358122.

Jeffrey Walton 6d0dd41eb0 Specialized defines to work with/around Clang integrated assembler. The two defines are WORKAROUND_LLVM_BUG_18916 and CRYPTOPP_USING_CLANG_INTEGRATED_ASSEMBLER.
